LinkedIn is introducing some new features for Pages.

We’ve got the scoop on the latest updates as well as the updates from the end of 2019.

At the end of the year, we put together our fourth and final infographic of the series detailing the latest updates to LinkedIn policies and features. Since then, LinkedIn has rolled out some exciting new changes to Pages, including Employee Notifications, Kudos and Team Moments, and Community Hashtags.

For the first quarter of the year, LinkedIn is introducing some new features, including Invite to Follow, LinkedIn Live, and new posting options to give businesses better branding tools. Here’s a closer look at LinkedIn’s newest Pages features:

Invite to Follow

With Invite to Follow, you can now invite first-degree Profile connections to follow your page to grow your organization’s audience. For example, if you leave a networking event with new LinkedIn contacts, you can now invite them to follow your Page as well. Members who don’t want the option of receiving Invites can opt-out at any time.

Stream with LinkedIn Live

LinkedIn Live has now been added to pages, which gives members the opportunity to have real-time interactions with their communities, including two-way conversations on-screen and real-time participation through comments. This feature also includes a tool that allows you to privately test setting up a live-stream as well as a stream targeting tool to help you reach the right audiences across different languages and geographies.

Businesses and brands who use LinkedIn Live have seen 7x more reactions and 24x more comments compared to sharing standard video posts on LinkedIn. Members are using LinkedIn Live to cover a variety of topics with their communities as well as to foster engagement with their employees.

Post as a Page or a Member

With the new toggle switch on the homepage, it’s easier for members to post updates from their personal profile or from their Pages profile.
